Sorry, but for health reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personal wear that is in direct contact with the body.
Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser.
No cash refunds can be issued for under $25.00. Credit balances will be applied to future purchases made within 180 days.
Return & Exchange Procedures
Contact the Customer Service Department Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST) by email for a “returned authorization” number (‘RA’ number). Write this number on the outside of your return shipment and send your package to Simple Abilities. All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer.
In the event of defective merchandise or merchandise returned for repair, we will credit your account for the returned shipping expense once merchandise has been received, inspected and confirmed to be defective.
If you receive merchandise as a result of a Simple Abilities error we will pay the return shipping expense and no restocking fee will be applied.
Once merchandise has been received, inspected and confirmed to be in suitable condition, we will credit your account minus the required restocking fee. Credits will not be issued for items received in non-resalable condition. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and protecting the item during its shipping back to Simple Abilities. Initial freight charges are not credited. All credits must be redeemed within 120 days.
All returns must have a RA number (a Returned Authorization number obtained from our Customer Service Dept.) All unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% processing fee and a $25.00 administrative charge.
All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition. For applicable restocking fees consult the chart below.
