Shipping, Handling and Delivery

Virtually all our Products are made to meet the specific needs of each individual client.

All our final products are shipped direct from our factory and we use either Expedited or Express Post. Both systems are very efficient and trackable. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for details.

Shipping & Handling

• All shipping and logistical charges and special handling are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be included in your quote and added to your invoice. You will also be responsible for any, disbursement fees, brokerage cost and/or other fees charged by your carrier. This will usually only apply to orders to be shipped overseas if the purchaser wishes to specify a particular shipping method or carrier.
• All shipments will be F.O.B. our facilities or manufacturers location. Simple Abilities will always ship via its preferred carrier unless specified by you at the time of ordering. All freight charges are applied to your invoice and are limited to the insurance value of the carrier.

Delivery Notice

Simple Abilities will maintain a record of tracking numbers that will be available to you if needed to locate a missing shipment.
